32Red Casino has recently come top of an independent customer service audit, undertaken by Etruvian Consulting.

The operator beat fifteen of its competitors, including Ladbrokes, Bet365 and 888, to take the top spot, after mystery shoppers were employed to anonymously gather data.

Posing as online casino players requiring assistance, the shoppers tested the skills of 32Red’s customer service team to the max, by contacting them with a range of scenarios to see how they performed. The site came out with an overall score of 8.8 out of 10 and the key areas were identified as, where the operator outshone its rivals, in response times and knowledge of their products.

After hearing the audit’s results, the CEO of 32Red, Ed Ware, says the company puts “customer service at the very heart of everything we do” and that the recognition is down to the “hard work and dedication” of their staff. He added that they will continue to invest in customer service, to keep their leading market position.

32Red’s team beat rivals Betfair hands down when it came to financial product knowledge, scoring a mighty 8.2 against Betfair’s paltry 2.0. When it came to accessibility (how easily a customer can contact the support team), 32Red tied with PaddyPower with an overall score of 7.6 against competitors like Mr. Green who came in with just 4.6.
