If you’re a member of Gala Casino, you may have noticed more than a few changes taking place, thanks to an exciting new overhaul by the operator in conjunction with Playtech.
As part of a major re-launch, the desktop site has undergone a makeover which will be accompanied by a TV ad campaign in the coming weeks.
The redevelopment of the online games site was undertaken in-house and led by Gala Coral’s Casino and Games Director, Kasper Trier. Part of Gala’s aim was to offer their casino members greater personalisation which is now possible thanks to the Playtech platform.
So far, the customer response to the changes has been even better than Mr. Trier had hoped, as he says it’s the first launch where he’s not even received one complaint – only positive feedback. In fact, Mr. Trier is so pleased with the end product that he believes that even a few of the operator’s rivals may decide to ‘borrow’ some of the ‘new ideas we are now presenting on the site.’
At the same time as the website changes, the operator has been working delivering its first mobile app for Apple iOS players which should be available for downloading from the App Store within the coming week.
Both the mobile app and the revamped website will be featured in the brand’s first ever TV advertising campaign.
