32Red Taking Control of William Hill Owned Domains

Following a two year court case battled out between 32Red and William Hill over a trademark dispute, 32Red have now taken control of two extra domain names.

The original issue occurred when 32Red suggested that William Hill were trading on their name by using the 32Vegas brand. This was strongly opposed by William Hill, but after a long court dispute the ruling went in favour of 32Red.

The Gibraltar based company have now taken control of two further domains; 32Royal and Spin32 after they threatened with legal action.

Speaking of the new acquisitions and various trademark disputes, 32Red CEO Ed Ware said: “We have the imagination to create a distinctive and appealing brand in 32Red and have invested millions in advertising it.”

He added that they will continue to take action against anyone who appears to be trading on their name.
