DigitalSpy.co.uk has recently reported that bets on this year’s Big Brother are at an all time low.

Coral, who also offer an online casino, have revealed that on Day 16 in the Big Brother house, only 12 bets were placed in total in betting shops, online and through phone betting. A Coral spokesperson revealed that the lull in bets “ranks as the quietest betting day of any reality TV show in ten years”.

Big Brother, which has been criticised both for its contestants and regulations, has now been attacked by TV critics as a tired and increasingly dull program. The current lull in bets seems to suggests that neither viewers or punters are watching the Big Brother house.
